Cancellation and Refund Policy
The Cancellation and Refund Policy defines the conditions under which refunds are applicable, as well as the scenarios where they are not permitted as per SEBI (Research Analyst) Regulations, 2014 and the Most Important Terms and Conditions (MITC).
Subscription Cancellations
- You may cancel your subscription anytime by contacting us at care@axecap.in
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Services will remain active until that date.
- To avoid being charged for the next cycle, please ensure cancellation before your renewal date.
- No refunds are issued for unused days within an active billing cycle after cancellation.
Refunds – When Applicable
A refund (pro-rata for the unused service period, where applicable) will be issued under the following conditions:
- If SEBI suspends or cancels our RA registration.
- In case of duplicate payments for the same subscription.
- If mandatory KYC verification fails due to technical reasons.
- If the client is identified in SEBI’s debarred list.
- Where services cannot continue due to provisions of PMLA or regulatory restrictions.
- If an active plan is discontinued by us, refund will be made on a pro-rata basis for the remaining period.
- Exceptional or miscellaneous issues deemed valid by us.
For billing-related errors (e.g., duplicate transactions), please write to us at care@axecap.in with your payment receipt/transaction ID.
Refunds – Not Applicable
Refunds will not be applicable in the following scenarios:
- Where client expectations are beyond the scope of RA services, such as:
- Expecting guaranteed or assured returns.
- Requesting advisory on IPOs, bonds, derivatives, or personal portfolios (outside subscribed products).
- Demanding new trades/ideas at fixed intervals (daily/weekly/monthly).
- Dissatisfaction with stock selection or basket composition.
- Where refund requests arise due to market performance or personal investment outcomes, which are outside RA control.
- Any request inconsistent with SEBI (Research Analyst) Regulations, 2014, or the SEBI-issued MITC.
- Partially used or unused subscription periods after voluntary cancellation.
- Failure to integrate or link third-party services (brokers, platforms, etc.) due to client-side or third-party limitations.
Service Modifications
We reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of its services, including subscription tiers. In such cases, refunds will not be issued for unused portions unless specifically stated.
