The single page to read if you want to know what Axe Cap does, what it refuses to do, and who is responsible for it.
Axe Cap is an information and analytics service. It publishes measurements computed from the exchanges’ own published files. It is not a research analyst, an investment adviser, a portfolio manager or a broker; it holds no registration with the Securities and Exchange Board of India in any of those capacities, and it does not seek one. Nothing on this site is investment advice, a recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell any security. No content here is personalised to any reader: every visitor sees the same published output.
The site runs a fixed set of named, published rules over end-of-day prices, corporate filings, index multiples and disclosed bulk and block deals, and shows what came out. Every figure is arithmetic on public data. The method is published so that it can be checked and argued with.
No buy, sell or hold calls. No price targets, stop losses or recommended entries. No portfolio construction, no allocation advice and nothing tailored to any individual’s position, horizon, income or risk. We do not ask for any of those things and we do not hold them.
Historical figures on this site describe what a rule did across the whole scanned universe over a stated period. They are not a forecast for any company and are never presented as one. Past behaviour of a rule is not a promise about its future behaviour.
