A partially filled order occurs when only some of your trades are executed — for example, if a stock had limited liquidity at that price.
You can:
- Wait for the broker to complete the pending part, or
- Choose “Repair Order” later to fill the remaining shares once liquidity improves.
Partial fills are common in smaller or less liquid stocks and usually resolve automatically.
