If a renewal payment fails:

• You’ll receive a notification and grace period to retry the payment.
• During this time, you’ll retain temporary access to the portfolio.
• If not renewed after the grace period, access will move to view-only mode until payment is completed.

You can retry payment anytime to reactivate full access.
